BestPly E0 Plywood, Every Job
We build every job in BestPly, our own marine-grade E0 ultra-low formaldehyde plywood (at most 0.5 mg/L), with soft-close hinges as standard. Blum and Hafele are upgrades, quoted separately. Never a paid upgrade to get E0.

BestPly: Our E0-Grade Plywood That Keeps Formaldehyde Out of Your Home
Formaldehyde is classified as carcinogenic to humans by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, the World Health Organisation's cancer agency. The WHO recommends keeping indoor levels below 0.1 mg/m³.
Most Singapore contractors quote E1 or E2 grade plywood without telling you the difference. Both grades still off-gas formaldehyde for years after installation, and that matters more in a sealed, air-conditioned HDB or condo than almost anywhere else.
Our carpenters and our factory are based right here in Singapore. What we import directly is the raw plywood itself: BestPly, sourced straight from trusted mills in Malaysia and China. Going direct to the mill instead of through a local distributor is what lets us pass the saving on to you, without ever dropping below E0 grade.
E0 caps formaldehyde at 0.5 mg/L, the strictest common grade in the furniture industry. E1, the grade most firms treat as good enough, permits many times more. E0 is achieved with low or non-formaldehyde adhesives rather than the formaldehyde-based resins used in cheaper board, which is why it keeps off-gassing for years.
We build with BestPly as standard on every tier, from the entry package to the premium one. Not a paid upgrade, not reserved for the expensive jobs. Cheaper plywood is available to us and we do not use it, because this is the one decision in a renovation you cannot revisit once the panels are sealed into your home.

Production
Built in our own factory in Singapore, using BestPly E0 plywood imported directly from Malaysia and China, plus Blum hardware and high-pressure laminates. Strict quality control at every stage.
Installation & Handover
